On June 13, the welder skill improvement training jointly organized by the departments of generalization, technology, quality control, and Aneng officially opened.

The purpose of this training is to further improve the skill quality of employees and cultivate a team of skilled workers with compound skills and capable of solving practical problems for the development of the enterprise. The training content mainly includes basic knowledge of metals and welding materials, common sense of commonly used welding equipment, welding methods and processes, welding defects and quality inspection, etc. The training takes the form of intensive training, and at the same time encourages participating employees to self-study textbooks in their spare time.
